Feared Fiddler

Freared fiddler has the ability taht when he plays, on one of his six or so strings, he can control any animal close to that animal group, for example, one string controls mammals. Should he pluck that string, it causes sonic paralysis of limbs to the animals of taht group. So despite this guy's small size, he packs a punch.
